Quality Laboratory
A well-designed lab features with digital advance equipment technology to assure the accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of the test results. Receipt of the raw materials, packaging materials, In process quality control, final product and product lab testing through digital advance equipment technology.
The controlled CFU environment with online & offline camera inspection ensures a two-stage quality control check, which results in achieving zero defect products.
Our Preform Manufacturing Unit and Closure manufacturing unit is certified with FSSC 22000 & ISO 22000 and products manufactured from these units are from world class clean room which make sure all our products are free from any type of cross contamination and safe to use.
KANE-EM implemented quality and food safety management system to ensure that only excellent products, services, cost and delivery that meets customer’s satisfaction / requirements highly quality products are passed on to our customers that meets customer requirement/specification, excellent products, services, cost and delivery. Focus on Hygiene and Quality
Our hygiene and quality control ensure every worker/visitors/service provider and contractors in the premises compliance with the personnel hygiene requirements. Before entrance to production floor in all units at hygiene facility provision connected through the Air handling unit to mitigate the cross contamination issue.
Personnel hygiene Monitoring and validation from external lab for product microbiological, air monitoring and for Swab test to always compliance and fulfil the quality and food safety requirements.
